Some streets to avoid during Obama's Hanoi visit next week

With US President Barack Obama set to arrive in Hanoi on early Monday and leave on Tuesday afternoon, the capital city’s police have released a list of nearly 30 streets that people should avoid during that time.
The police, as quoted by news website VnExpress on Friday, said that between 9 a.m. and 10 p.m. on May 23 and between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. on May 24, trucks and taxis will be banned while motorcycles and cars will be restricted to travel on the following streets:
Vo Van Kiet, Vo Nguyen Giap, Pham Hung, Pham Van Dong, Tran Duy Hung, Nguyen Chi Thanh, Kim Ma, Nguyen Thai Hoc, Chu Van An, Tran Phu, Dien Bien Phu, Doc Lap, Hoang Van Thu, Hoang Dieu, Le Hong Phong, Nhat Tan Bridge, Vo Chi Cong, Beltway 2, Lang, Ton Duc Thang, Nguyen Luong Bang, Le Van Luong, Lang Ha, Khuat Duy Tien, Thang Long Boulevard (the section between Tran Duy Hung and Le Quang Dao streets), Do Duc Duc, Mieu Dam.
Obama will have an official working day in Hanoi on May 23 and fly to Ho Chi Minh City on the afternoon of May 24, according to Vietnam’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He will leave for Japan on the afternoon of May 25.
US Secretary of State John Kerry reportedly will accompany him.
