Ho Chi Minh City police are investigating the death of a taxi driver whose body was found in a locked car on Monday morning, Tuoi Tre reported.

At around 8:30 a.m. residents found Pham Hoai Vu, a Vinasun driver, motionless in the cab parked on Duy Anh Street in Phu Nhuan District. He was in the driver’s seat, which was reclined.

They decided to approach the car, after seeing it there for a very long time. They then called the police. 

Police officers later found that he had died. The cab’s doors and windows were all locked.
