A foreign man died after allegedly falling from the sixth floor of a hotel in the beach city of Nha Trang early Monday, Tuoi Tre (Youth) Newspaper reported.

The tourist, who was staying at the Galliot Hotel on Nguyen Thien Thuat Street, allegedly fell at around 4 a.m., according to local police.

The window of the room from which he fell was open.

The police are still verifying the man’s identity and investigating his death.

Nha Trang's Nguyen Thien Thuat Street is crowded with motels and hotels popular with foreign tourists.
