Downpour triggers serious flooding in Ho Chi Minh City

Heavy rains at around 2 p.m. on Thursday (October 23) caused serious inundation in Ho Chi Minh City, despite it lasted for only an hour.

Serious inundations have been reported on Kinh Duong Vuong, Hau Giang, Minh Phung, An Duong Vuong and near the Mien Tay (Western Region) Bus Station. Hundreds of motorbikes and cars were broken down.
