3 drivers arrested in Ho Chi Minh City for robbing drunk foreign tourists

Ho Chi Minh City police Thursday held three taxi and xe om drivers for allegedly robbing drunk foreign tourists in the downtown area and using their credit cards, Tuoi Tre newspaper reported.
Xe om driver Huynh Huu Hieu, 40, taxi drivers Cao Van Sang, 45, and Nguyen Van Hung, 40, allegedly targeted drunk tourists who were out late at night.
They would take their victims in a taxi and steal their credit cards, the police were quoted as saying.
The cards would then be used mostly for transactions worth VND50-100 million (US$2,200-4,500) each at downtown electronic stores.
The police claimed they have got complaints about the robberies for the past few months, but have only managed to get evidence in one case in which a foreigner lost more than VND80 million ($3,600).
The arrested drivers claim they did d they did not rob anyone, but found the cards accidentally.
The investigation continues.
