An exhibition featuring 50 photos taken by former AFP correspondent Michael Blanchard reveal the life of Vietnamese people in the 1980s.
The photos, taken between 1981 and 1988, are on display at L’Espace, 24 Trang Tien Street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi until the end of this month.
Visitors can see Hanoi's Old Quarter with its small but bustling streets, a peaceful Ha Long Bay, and a glimpse of the southern way of life in the capital city of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, formerly named Saigon.
